Transplant-free survival of n = 95 patients with PSC at 12 months after last cross-sectional imaging relative to sarcopenia determined by skeletal muscle index at vertebra L3 (L3-SMI). Transplant-free survival 12 months after last imaging was at 91.6% for patients without sarcopenia compared to 45.8% of patients with detected sarcopenia (log-rank test p < 0.001).
